This infographic serves to show the disparities in internet connectivity across the District of Columbia. Its analysis of racial and spatial data connects to the promotion of Tech Together DC, a nonprofit which seeks to minimize the internet connectivity gap.
The choice of color and computer model shown in the graphic connect to the idea of parts of DC being stuck in older times.
